HOA Profile & Corporate History

Documenting our growth, legal foundations, and community identity in Bukidnon.

Our Origins

Bria Homes Manolo Fortich Homeowners Association, Inc. was established to look after the collective welfare, safety, and infrastructure enhancement of property holders living within the master-planned residential community located in the cool, picturesque highlands of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.

As the initial housing development construction phases stabilized, early moving residents realized the vital necessity of organizing an official community-governed legal entity. This body would systematically assume operational administrative responsibilities directly from the developer, manage residential service pipelines, and structure continuous property value protection pathways.

Legal Status & DHSUD Registration

To acquire proper corporate personality and legally execute civil security measures, regularize facility booking structures, and collect subdivision dues, the community formally filed for operational clearance with the national government.

Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD)

The association is fully certified, registered, and authorized to operate under modern localized housing mandates in Region X:

Official Corporate Title: Bria Homes Manolo Fortich HOA, Inc.
DHSUD Registration No: DHSUD-R10-HOA-2019-XXXX
Date of Registration: October 14, 2019
Legal Scope Jurisdiction: Northern Mindanao (Region X)

Operating transparently under DHSUD parameters guarantees that all policy determinations, security protocols, and operational budget requests follow national standards outlined in Republic Act No. 9904 (The Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners Associations).

The Historic 1st General Assembly & Election

On September 22, 2019, before the formal registration was released, the pioneering community families convened inside the Phase 1 Pavilion layout for the community's inaugural General Assembly. Assisted by housing coordination parameters, residents carried out their very first democratic secret-ballot election process to establish the initial slate of executive policymakers.
